In 1986, the TWA flight from Rome, Italy to Athens, Greece was bombed by a Lebanese terrorist who left a high explosive bomb under a window seat. Four Americans died when they were sucked out of the aircraft, and others received varying types of injuries from the blast. We obtained compensation for surviving families and for those who suffered injuries.

Pan Am 103

We were also called to assist investigators in the flight 103 Disaster. In December, 1988, a bomb exploded on Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. The plane crashed. There were no survivors.

During the investigation, the Scottish authorities found a bag that had pieces of the bomb inside. The bag was located 20 miles ease of Lockerbie. We assisted them in their investigation by collecting depositions all over Europe. We enlisted the help of magistrates, judges and local counsel who in turn assisted us in proving willful misconduct and the families in recovering significant compensation for their loss.
